SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing time - Processing time is usually between 1-3 business days but usually during high season we can see delays on the processing time due to the high volume of orders, but it will not exceed 6 business days.

Delivery time - Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2 to 3 business weeks, delays can be expected depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Customs & Duties:

(In most cases, packages shipped to US & Canada don't require any additional fees.)

All shipping charges (or free shipping promos) listed do NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. We can't hold responsibility for that and the recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fee’s required to ship internationally.

Lost / Stolen package:

We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse.
If there is a tracking #, then the order has been put on a skid and has left our building
If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim.
My order hasn't arrived:

If you haven't received your order within 35 business days, contact us and well refund you for the full amount.
